We're in! A coloring and reading book about road safety.

Posters and children's bicycle helmets help keep children safe in traffic

How do I behave correctly in traffic? In order to teach children how to behave safely on scooters and bicycles, the traffic safety association regularly conducts traffic education courses with kindergarten and elementary school children. To reinforce this, K&L-Verlag has teamed up with Verkehrswacht Rhein-Neckar e.V. to publish a new child-friendly coloring and reading book with digital content and learning progress checks.

We think that's a good thing!

That is why we support the project.
The book teaches children about the dangers of road traffic in an age-appropriate and playful way and teaches them how to behave correctly. They learn that traffic signs must be obeyed, when a bicycle is roadworthy, and why it makes sense to wear a protective helmet when riding a scooter or bicycle. They are also taught how to behave correctly in the event of a traffic accident. A digital learning progress check shows the children whether they have solved the tasks in the book correctly. The posters to hang up in the room help to reinforce the learning content. A bicycle helmet is essential for children participating in road traffic. That is why the traffic safety association also provides bicycle helmets for children who do not have a helmet or whose helmet is defective. With the support of many local companies, the coloring and reading books, posters, and helmets can be distributed free of charge to children in the Rhine-Neckar region. We are very happy to support this initiative. Would you like to learn more about the project?
